These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SpeakPen application and website (the "Service") operated by Qumge ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
To use SpeakPen, you must create an account with a valid email address or sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
SpeakPen is an AI-powered voice notes application that allows you to record or import audio, which is then transcribed and summarized using artificial intelligence. The Service is available on iOS, Android, and the web.
Plan limits reset at the beginning of each calendar month.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple App Store, Google Play, or our web payment provider. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your app store account settings or the SpeakPen app.

You retain ownership of all audio recordings and notes you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your audio for the purpose of providing transcription and summarization. We do not use your content for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Transcriptions and summaries are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors. SpeakPen does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the output before relying on it.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your account will be deactivated and your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through your app store.
We strive to keep SpeakPen available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeakPen and Qumge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
